Wire flame spray
By means of an electrical or compressed air engine, the wire formed spray mixture is transported via a spray gun and centrally placed in a burning gas/air mixture to melt. The molten wire material is then sprayed by compressed air onto the work material to form a coating.
In this manner it is possible to apply a coating at a relatively low cost. Due to the availability of simple materials, spray technique is ideally suited for returning worn parts to their normal standard.
